A visit of the EUROMASH delegation to Serbia took place, proposals for the organization of the BALKANMASH project were prepared

As part of cooperation between EUROMASH ISTU with companies and universities in the Balkan countries in September this year the EUROMASH Co-Chairman and the ISTC TIM President Yuri Bogachev together with the BULGARMASH WG member and FASA PROM LLC CEO Nikolay Sachkov visited Serbia. Successful negotiations were held in Serbia on further development of joint business, including supplies and production cooperation of packaging equipment to the markets of the Russian Federation, the CIS and the EAEU. Following consultations at the Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in Belgrade, there have been prepared the proposals on organizing the international industrial project BALKANMASH.

Goals and objectives of BALKANMASH:

Joint development and research in the field of production technologies, industrial automation and alternative energy, as well as international production cooperation and mutual supplies of innovative technologies and equipment in the interests of Russian and the Balkan countries industry development.
Organization of strategic and operative marketing and assistance to BALKANMASH Partners in promoting industrial equipment to the markets of BALKANMASH Partners and third countries.
Organization of technical training and preparation of qualified specialists of BALKANMASH Partners and project participants.

To organize BALKANMASH, Partners and interested industrial enterprises of various forms of ownership, universities and industrial associations are forming and update the list of innovative, investment and commercial projects of BALKANMASH to be realized with support of international funds, national banks and state development programs.

To coordinate the BALKANMASH activities and to assist the individual projects organization and realization the Partners are creating a joint working group including their authorized representatives. The starting composition of the BALKANMASH WG is headed by EUROMASH Co-Chairman of Yury Bogachev. One of the priority projects is organization of the joint scientific, technological and educational center ISTEC BALKANMASH in Belgrade.

The EUROMASH ISTU and the BALKANMASH WG invite interested industrial enterprises, universities and associations to take part in the formation of BALKANMASH projects for 2024 - 2027. The BALKANMASH Agreement and the List of Priority Projects, which are at the stage of approval and additions will be sent upon request. Their signing is planned for October-November of this year.
