EUROMASH Board Meeting was held
EUROMASH Board Meeting was held at LETI on 9.02.2021. EM Supervisory Council Chairman, LETI Rector Prof. Viktor Sheludko, LETI vice-rector Prof. Viktor Tupik, LETI scientists, EM CEO Eugeny Bokhman and ll EM Board members took part in the Board Meeting.
The Board considered and in general approved ЕМ activities in 2020, EM registration by RF Justice Ministry, EM office and website set up, Supervisory and Science Technical Councils start up and first EM innovative projects organization.
The leading academic research institute IMASH after Blagonravov and ETK Ltd UGATU based were accepted as EM members. Counting main EM founders and Honorary Innovative Machine Building Leaders (HIMBL) EM in February consists of 29 members from RF, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, UAE and Bulgaria conducting nearly 10 innovative and investment projects with common budget more than 10 MLN Euro and coordinating several international and national regional projects: BULGARMASH, SWISSMASH, ITALMASH, IWUMASH, ARABMASH, LIPETSKMASH and PETERMASH.
KAZAKHMASH and VIETMASH projects are under consideration in the frame of GLOBMASH Concept.
EM Board decided to include new innovative projects “MECHATRONICS on BOARD” (Leader Dr. Eng. Vyacheslav Vavilov, ETK Ltd UGATU based) and “MICRORADIOELECTRONICS” (Leader Dr. Eng. Oleg Markelov, LETI) in EM Projects list for 2021-2022 and recommended to set up the proper sections in EM STC.
The passports of these projects are to be presented for approval at EM Board in March 2021.
The EM STC and SC decisions on EUROMASH PROJECT Status for INESMASH-ACUMASH (Leader Prof. Yury Filatov) and ULTRAPRECISION-KUGMASH (Leader Dr. Eng. Valery Esov) were approved.
EM Board approved the International Science Industrial Consortium MOSPRESISION (MPC, Director Sergey Vetrov, Board Chairman Sergey Bezprozvannykh) with participation of EM, BMSTU, TULAMASH and TIM. EM Co-Chairman Dr. Eng. Yury Bogachev is authorized to sign MPC Agreement and to represent EM in MPC Board.
The EM General Assembly has to be organized in St. Petersburg in April 2021. All invitations with Agenda are to be sent in march 2021.
In accordance with EM Charter and EM Agreement of 15.10 2019 EM Direction and EM Board are to follow organization issues of EM Subsidiaries set up in Sofia and in Dresden, as well as contracting with EM Representatives in Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Bulgaria. EM Moscow Representation has to be organized on TIM basis under management of Mr. Vladimir Krupennikov, Director of TIM Joint Experimental Lab and EM STC Secretary.
The Consulting Group (CG) of SC EM set up was considered and approved. The CG of SC EM has to be coordinated by EM Board Members Dr.Eng. Yury Bogachev and Prof. Yury Filatov.
