An ordinary EUROMASH Science-Technical Council was held
In Moscow TIM Joint Experimental Lab (SEL) there was held an ordinary EUROMASH Science-Technical Council (STC) Meeting. Deputy STC Chairman Prof. Alexander Zherebin was a Meeting Chair. Two Innovation EM projects in organization stage were discussed at the meeting: “High-Speed Mechatronic Modules” (EMB-SPIN) and “On-Board Mechatronic Modules” (MECHATRONMASH).
On EMB-SPIN project (Leader Dr.Eng. Valery Esov) the STC decided:
- To approve Mr. Esov’s presentation and to approve preliminary EMB-SPIN to be included in EM Innovative Projects list for 2021-2023 considering remarks and proposals of STC members;
- To assign Mr. Esov with participation of ETK, IWU Fhg and TIM to prepare in a week the Project Passport indicating the engineering and industrial partners for R&D and for experimental lot production of mechatronic modules and electro-magnetic bearings , as well as proposals on the main machine building customers, including those in machine tool building and in aerospace;
- -After the Project Passport review by STC and the Project EM status approval to transfer the Passport within a month to EM Supervisory Council and to EM Board for confirmation and funding approval.
On MECHATRONMASH project (leader Dr.Eng. Vyacheslav Vavilov) the STC decided:
- To approve Mr. Vavilov’s presentation and the Project Passport “MECHATRONMASH. On-Board Mechatronic Modules” to be included in EM Innovative Projects list for 2021-2023 and to assign the project with EUROMASH Project status;
- To assign Mr. Vavilov to finalize the Project Passport as recommended by STC members and to transfer it for confirmation of agreed funding sources, including those of Minobrnauki and Bortnik Foundation.
STC also discussed and approved information of Dr. Eng. Yury Bogachev, STC Member and EM Board Co-Chairman concerning results of International Industrial Show “METALLOOBRABOTKA-2021”, including his statement on preliminary approval of International Science Technology Center “EUROMASH-Zurich” (EMZH) organization with participation of RF and Swiss EM partners.
