The MACROMASH AG General Assembly (GA) and Board Meetings and Extraordinary SWISSMASH Working Group (WG) were held
The Extraordinary MACROMASH AG General Assembly (GA) and Board Meetings and Extraordinary SWISSMASH Working Group (WG) were held in Basel on 27.04.2021 under Chairman Dr. Eng. Yury Bogachev, MACROMASH President, EUROMASH (EM) VP and SWISSMASH WG Co-Сhairman.
All MACROMASH shareholders and Board members and SWISSMASH WG members took part in the Meetings together with EM, PROTEXCO (Olga Turygina), MACROMASH (Igor Filippov and Mario Roberti) and ZGOptics (Oleg Kovalenko) top-managers who were in online contact with GZA (Sonja Wollkopf), UNO (Marina Brig), SR Business Club (Sergey Ganin), RS (Marina Karlin), RF Trade Representation advisers.
Both meetings considered and mainly approved SWISSMASH activities in difficult 2020 and 1st QTR 2021: International Science Technology Union EUROMASH (EM) organization with Swiss companies as co-founders, first EM innovative projects with participation of Swiss partners were approved, EM website includes SWISSMASH info, important SWISSMASH contracts are in realization with PROTEXCO, ZGO, FPT, KUGLER, ACUTRONIC, MAGTROL, GALIKA, CELEROTON, SMT Group, etc. 2 new Joint Experimental Labs are set up in Sankt Petersburg and Moscow with SWISSMASH participation. ULTRAPRECISION-KUGMASH (Leader Eng. Kuzma Klimochkin) and INESMASH-ACUMASH (Leader Prof. Yury Filatov) are considered as the best EM priority projects (www.euromash.org ).
The MACROMASH GA and Board noted the problems with Budget realization in 2020 pandemic year, due to delay of major new commercial projects and decided to reorganize MACROMASH activity in the frame of SWISSMASH and EUROMASH with some competence transfer to PROTEXCO and ZGO as well as with new investors (to be selected).
The MACROMASH Board assigned the Direction with support of SWISSMASH and EUROMASH management to finalize planned reorganization and to assist set up of EUROMASH subsidiary in Switzerland in 2021. Next Board Meeting will be held after METALLOOBRABOTKA Show in Moscow and EM General Assembly in Sankt Petersburg.
The SWISSMASH WG approved MACROMASH GA info and confirmed actual plan to set up EM subsidiary in Switzerland (EM-CH: Zurich or Basel) and authorized WG Co-Сhairman Dr. Eng. Yury Bogachev to negotiate with EM strategic partners and to agree on EM-CH format and place and to draft proper agreement for approval by EUROMASH Board.
In the period of SWISSMASH WG Meeting there was also held a meeting at RF Trade Representation in Bern with Trade Representative Mrs. Tatiana Volozhinskaya, who supported SWISSMASH-EUROMASH development. EUROMASH VP Dr. Eng. Yury Bogachev expressed great gratitude to Mrs. Volozhinskaya for support and kind consulting in favor of SWISSMASH-EUROMASH development.
