As part of cooperation between EUROMASH ISTU with companies and universities in the Balkan countries in September this year the EUROMASH Co-Chairman and the ISTC TIM President Yuri Bogachev together with the BULGARMASH WG member and FASA PROM LLC CEO Nikolay Sachkov visited Serbia. Successful negotiations were held in Serbia on further development of joint business, including supplies and production cooperation of packaging equipment to the markets of the Russian Federation, the CIS and the EAEU. Following consultations at the Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in Belgrade, there have been prepared the proposals on organizing the international industrial project BALKANMASH.

On 5.01.2022 in Dubai the ARABMASH Working Group (ARABMASH WG) Meeting was held under chairmanship of ISTU EUROMASH Board Co-Chairman and ISTC TIM President Yury Bogachev.

Congratulations on the 10th anniversary of MACROMASH AG, Basel - the leader of SWISSMASH and an active participant in TIM and EUROMASH.

The Partners discussed actual situation of IWUMASH Projects after establishment of EUROMASH ISTU in St. Petersburg www.euromash.org and after pandemic period.

Among the EUROMASH projects at MAKS-2021 the most prominent was "MECHATRONMASH - onboard mechatronics". UGATU (a part of ITSU EUROMASH ) is the winner in INNOVATIONS MAKS competition. CONGRATULATIONS!

In Moscow TIM Joint Experimental Lab (SEL) there was held an ordinary EUROMASH Science-Technical Council (STC) Meeting. Deputy STC Chairman Prof. Alexander Zherebin was a Meeting Chair. Two Innovation EM projects in organization stage were discussed at the meeting: “High-Speed Mechatronic Modules” (EMB-SPIN) and “On-Board Mechatronic Modules” (MECHATRONMASH).

In Moscow EXPOCENTRE there was held the 21st International Machine Building Exhibition «METALLOOBRABOTKA-2021» (www.metobr-expo.ru ). The EUROMASH participants and strategic partners (www.euromash.org ) at several stands and conferences presented innovative projects and products. In general after difficult for Russian and World Machine Building pandemian year the Show was successful and demonstrated coming back interest to production technologies. Meanwhile no Russian innovative products ready for delivery was presented. Among foreign partners mostly representative were Swiss technologies under coordination of SWISSMEM (www.swissmem.ch ).

The Extraordinary MACROMASH AG General Assembly (GA) and Board Meetings and Extraordinary SWISSMASH Working Group (WG) were held in Basel on 27.04.2021 under Chairman Dr. Eng. Yury Bogachev, MACROMASH President, EUROMASH (EM) VP and SWISSMASH WG Co-Сhairman.

The ordinary EM Board Meeting was held in Sankt-Petersburg LETI on 8.04.2021.

All Board members took part in the Meeting together with EM, INERTECH and LETI top-managers. EM Board Chairman, 1st LETI pro-rector Prof. Mikhail Kuprianov was the Meeting chair.

In Moscow City down-town in the office of “Modern machine building technologies” Ltd (SMT) there was held a meeting with international marketing and engineering agenda in the frames of EUROMASH with SMT Group participation and international project “SMTMASH” organization.

In Moscow the Working EUROMASH Meeting on Innovative Project “ULTRAPRECISION” development was held under chairmanship of EM Supervisory Council, NTIMI CEO Sergey Bezprozvannykh with participation of NTIMI Engineering Center Sergey Vetrov, ISTC TIM (BMSTU based) CEO Kuzma Klimochkin and EM Board Co-Chairman Yury Bogachev.

We sincerely congratulate the EUROMASH representative in Italy, engineer Renzo Buffoli, on the 70th anniversary and being awarded the title of Honorary Innovative Machine Building.

EUROMASH Board Meeting was held at LETI on 9.02.2021. EM Supervisory Council Chairman, LETI Rector Prof. Viktor Sheludko. LETI vice-rector Prof. Viktor Tupik, LETI scientists, EM CEO Eugeny Bokhman and ll EM Board members took part in the Board Meeting.

EUROMASH Supervising Council (SC EM) meeting was held at NTIMI Institute of RF Ministry of Higher Education and Science under SC Deputy Chairman Sergey Bezprozvannykh.

The following items were considered: the results of joint meeting of EM Science Technical Council (STC) and STC of TIM Joint Experimental Lab (Leader Vladimir Krupennikov); the results of INESMASH-ACUMASH innovative project development; the results of ULTRAPRECISION-KUGMASH innovative project and the next EM SC meeting agenda.

The joint EUROMASH Science Technical Council (STC EM) and TIM Joint Experimental Lab - JEL (Leader eng. Vladimir Krupennikov) meeting was held at JEL under academician Sergey Zheltov chair. The following items were considered: 1)STC EM and STC JEL TIM cooperation; 2) status of INESMASH-ACUMASH innovative project;3) status of ULTRAPRECISION-KUGMASH innovative project;4) different.

Eng. Renzo Buffoli from Breshia under EMR contract was nominated EM Representative in Italy, ITALMASH project coordinator and EM Science Technical Council.

As for EM goals and objectives concerning Italy, cooperation with EM Italian partners and their suport to develop business in RF, countries of EAEU and CIS ("Made with Italy") now are Eng. Buffoli's competence.

Eng. Buffoli graduated from famous Politecnico di Milano, has important experience in business with RF customers and for many years worked as a Top manager in INNSE BERARDI (Camozzi Group), ZECO SpA and other well known Italian machine building companies. Dear Renzo, Good Luck!

01/28/2021 in the new Joint Experimental Lab (JEL) EM- TIM under Chair academician Sergey Zheltov they held a joint meeting of EM STC and JEL STC.

In accordance with EM Charter and STC Regulations the status and perspectives of 2 EM innovative projects will be considered: INESMASH-ACUMASH (Leader INERTECH Ltd) and ULTRAPREZICA-KUGMASH (Leader TIM). In case of positive STC decisions the projects status and support will be finalized by EM Supervisory Council and EM Board.

Within the framework of the international projects ITALMASH and SWISSMASH, the next 6th Joint Experimental Laboratory TIM (www.istc-tim.ru), one of the Founders of the ISTC EUROMASH, has been created in Moscow.

The meeting discussed the development of AM innovative projects in the field of mechanical engineering and alternative energy within the EM with the assistance of investment funds of the Russian Federation and the UAE.

WG AM recommended to include the project “Autonomous electric generator for alternative energy AES” (AES, TIM, MACROMASH AG, INTERTECH Ltd) among the priority projects of EUROMASH (www.euromash.org) for 2020-2022. We decided to accelerate the creation of the NPP showroom in Moscow and apply to the Russian Direct Investment Fund with a proposal to participate in the AES project, as well as resume negotiations on cooperation on the AES topic within the BULGARMASH framework.

It was decided to hold the next meeting of the AM WG in December this year. if possible, in Dubai, where to consider the issue of promising AM projects in the framework of EUROMASH and GLOBALMASH.

09/25/2020 online under the leadership of the Co-Chair of the IWUMASH Project Coordination Working Group (TIM, Bauman Moscow State Technical University, ENERGY UGATU, IWU Fhg, MACROMASH, KUGLER, METROM), Co-Chair of the Management Board of EM Bogachev Yu.P. a regular meeting of the WG was held.

The issues of development of an innovative project "Development and organization of cooperative production of high-speed mechatronic units based on active electromagnetic bearings IWUMASH-SPIN" are considered.

The participants confirmed their commitments within the framework of IWUMASH-SPIN and agreed to adjust the plan for its implementation with a postponement to 2021-2022.

We agreed by the end of 2020 to jointly reorganize the project "Development and organization of cooperative production of ultra-precision technological equipment KUGMASH-NANOMACHINING" and prepare a new work plan for the project for 2021-2023.

09/23/2020 online under the leadership of the Co-Chairman of the Management Board of MNTS EUROMASH (EM) Bogachev Yu.P. a meeting of the Working Group on coordination of the international SWISSMASH project took place (Agreement of 03.07.2008).

The meeting discussed the development of SWISSMASH projects in the field of innovative machine-building, machine-tool building and alternative energy within the framework of the EM Swiss and EU partners in the innovative projects of EUROMASH (www.euromash.org).

We decided in Saint - Oct this year. contact Western European partners (ACUTRONIC, MAGTROL, STARRAG, FPT, KUGLER, MIKROMAT, ATEAM, IWU Fhg, MECOF, QSA and others) with a proposal to take part in the EM work in 2020-2022.

In connection with the inclusion of the innovative projects ACUMASH and KUGMASH among the priority projects of EM (see EM NEWS from 09/14/2020), the leaders of these projects were instructed in October this year. agree with the partners on the work plans for the implementation of ACUMASH and KUGMASH for 2021.

09/22/2020 in Moscow under the leadership of the Co-Chairman of the Board of MNTS EUROMASH (EM) Bogachev Yu.P. a meeting of the Russian part of the Working Group for the coordination of the international project BULGARMASH (Agreement of 11/19/2018) was held.

The meeting discussed the development of BULGARMASH projects in the field of innovative machine building, machine tool building and alternative energy in the framework of the EM and the participation of Bulgarian partners in the innovative projects of EUROMASH (www.euromash.org). We decided to apply to Saint - Oct this year. to Bulgarian partners (MCC, Sofia, RAIS, Pazardzhik, TU Sofia, SSP, St. Vlas and others) with a proposal to take part in the work of the EM in 2020-2022.

On September 14, 2020, LETI held the 1st joint meeting of the Scientific and Technical and Supervisory Boards (STC and NS) of EUROMASH, as well as a regular meeting of the EM Board, at which the regulations for the STC and NS were considered and approved, decisions were made on the development concept and priority projects of EM.

The meeting will be held in St. Petersburg at st. Professor Popov, 5 (ETU "LETI").

On the same day, a meeting of the EM Board will be held there.

The meeting took place in St. Petersburg at Professor Popov Street, 5, August 10, 2020 from 10:00 to 14:00.

The founders unanimously decided to establish the International Scientific and Technological Union “EUROMASH”, approve its charter and form the property.

The Management Board was elected, consisting of 5 people: Bogachev Yu.P., Kovalenko OV, Kupriyanov M.S., Filatov Yu.V., Filippov I.A. Bokhman Evgeny Davydovich has been appointed to the post of General Director.

The center was created to develop the competences of ETU "LETI" and concentrate resources in areas related to the development and testing of integrated navigation systems and autonomous robotic mobile objects, in which the university intends to take a leading position in the world.

The Engineering Center "Navigation and Traffic Control" (IC NUD) was created in cooperation with JSC "Concern" Central Research Institute "Electropribor", LLC "Inertech" and the international scientific and technological center "Technopark of Innovative Engineering" (ISTC TIM).
